db 4.7 upgrade


We just pushed some of what db 4.7 caused to [testing]. There may be packages left we didn't rebuild just yet so feel free to report them as needed.

Also, finally openoffice-base has received its long deserved upgrade to 2.4.1. Good luck with getting your work done!
