Moving things along

After last week's major troubles we have arrived on our final destination (server) and most major stability issues should be wiped out. For the time being there is still no CVS for a reason. We are moving to SVN just like our x86 parent since we would like to upgrade the whole infrastructure to theirs taken from projects.archlinux.org to save our still limited manpower. Expect further information on this in the next few days.

We would also like to point out that repositories hosted on archlinuxppc.org itself, are still limited in bandwidth in order to encourage usage of our mirrors and that way save bandwidth. Thanks rediris.es and garr.it for mirroring us!
