OpenSSL 1.0.0, mkinitramfs 0.6.3 & db 4.8 upgrades in testing

Like the headline suggests, there are a few basic packages in testing that require a lot of rebuilds i.e. OpenSSL and db. We are working on trying to keep missing links away from most of you but if you spot any we might have forgotten about please let us know on the users' ML as we do not have Flyspray back up yet.

jjDaNiMoTh's comment on the ML to make sure pacman still works after and during the upgrade process:

  If you want to stay up-to-date, I recommend the following:

    pacman -Sy openssl libfetch libarchive

  and then upgrade the system with -Su, as standard.
