X.org 7.3 hits [extra]

The new X.org release 7.3 has just been moved to the [extra] repository. As we don't expect any serious issues there is one thing we would like to point out.

xf86-video-ati now has a additional switch for its driver section in xorg.conf:

Option "MacModel" "iBook"

or

Option "MacModel" "mini"

If you have either a Mac Mini or an iBook, you should make use of this option as it may fix issues with the driver chosing its default video output.

If all fails send a mail to the arch-ports list as our bugtracker can not be fully restored yet.
